Please submit the location of potholes on Borough maintained roads using this form.  Potholes on county maintained roads, such as Evesham Avenue and Warwick Road, should be reported directly to the Camden County Public Works.  Potholes on state maintained roadways, such as the White Horse Pike, should be reported directly to the State of New Jersey Department of Transportation.
